These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all tkkabuzz products and services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and account management. By registering an account with tkkabuzz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

One Account Per Person

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tkkabuzz ("the Company ", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the tkkabuzz platform, accessible at https://tkkabuzz.net, including all associated products, services, games, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing the platform, placing any bet, or using any feature of tkkabuzz, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms apply to all users of tkkabuzz, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses or uses the platform in any capacity. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the tkkabuzz platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

  • You are at least 18 years of age. tkkabuzz does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, place bets, access casino products, or use any feature of the platform.
  • You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
  • You are not using the platform in a professional capacity on behalf of an employer, agent, or syndicate in a manner that constitutes organised betting fraud or market manipulation.
  • You have not previously been self-excluded from tkkabuzz or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
  • You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a tkkabuzz employee who has access to non-public information that could confer an unfair advantage in betting or gaming activities.
18+ Policy — Strictly Enforced: tkkabuzz applies mandatory age verification during and after registration. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification, utility bills, or other documentation to verify your age at any stage. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited. 18+

By registering an account, you warrant and represent to tkkabuzz that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. You further acknowledge that providing false information during registration — including misrepresenting your age — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To access tkkabuzz's full range of products and services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

  • Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification.
  • A valid email address that you own and actively monitor.
  • Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
  • Your current residential address in Bangladesh.
  • A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, used for account verification and transaction authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any registered detail changes — particularly your contact information or payment method — you must update your account promptly. tkkabuzz accepts no liability for failed communications or payment processing failures arising from outdated account information.

KYC Verification: tkkabuzz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with our player protection and anti-money laundering obligations. We may request identity documents (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time — including before processing your first withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tkkabuzz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on tkkabuzz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tkkabuzz does not apply currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are supported:

Deposits are credited to your tkkabuzz account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. tkkabuzz is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times, network outages, or maintenance windows.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. tkkabuzz reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are reviewed during standard processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6); requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for the next available processing window.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy: tkkabuzz is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We monitor all transactions and may delay, hold, or decline any transaction that triggers our internal risk controls. In such cases, we may request additional documentation. Suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.

tkkabuzz reserves the right to apply transaction limits, impose cooling-off periods on withdrawals following large deposits, or request source of funds documentation where we deem it necessary to satisfy our player protection or anti-fraud obligations.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions Policy

tkkabuzz periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is launched, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all tkkabuzz bonuses:

  • Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before any resulting balance may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Refer to the individual offer page for contribution rates.
  • Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account automatically.
  • One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
  • Minimum Odds: Free bet and sports bonus offers may specify minimum qualifying odds. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count towards wagering requirements.
  • Geographic Eligibility: Promotional offers on tkkabuzz are targeted at players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh may not be eligible for all promotions.
Bonus Abuse: tkkabuzz monitors betting patterns and account behaviour to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to convert bonus funds with minimal risk exposure, and colluding with other players. Any account found to be abusing promotions may have bonuses removed, winnings voided, and the account closed.

tkkabuzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to an account in good standing, provided no abuse has been identified.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on tkkabuzz is governed by the general rules set out in this section, together with any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant product pages of the platform.

Sports Betting: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed by the platform. tkkabuzz reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect ("palpably erroneous") odds, to correct pricing errors, and to suspend betting markets without notice — particularly in the event of breaking news, match interruptions, or data feed failures.

The following general sports betting rules apply:

  • Bets are not final until confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number has been issued. A bet slip displayed in your browser does not constitute a confirmed bet until server-side acceptance is confirmed.
  • In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market settlement conditions are met, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Sport-specific rules may apply.
  • Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time. If a bet is placed while a market suspension is in progress, the bet may be rejected.
  • tkkabuzz's decision on the settlement of all markets is final, subject to the corrections and appeal procedures described on the platform.

Casino & Instant Games: All casino products — including live casino tables, video slots, and instant games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics from regulated game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Microgaming, and NetEnt. The outcome of each game round is independent of previous rounds.

tkkabuzz accepts no responsibility for failures in third-party game software, disconnections during active game rounds, or errors originating within the game provider's systems. In the event of a confirmed technical error that materially affects the outcome of a game, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned at tkkabuzz's discretion.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Individual product pages display the applicable minimum and maximum bet or stake limits for each market or game. These limits may be adjusted based on your account tier, current promotional status, or risk management decisions made by tkkabuzz. Cricket betting minimum stake starts from ৳50.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

tkkabuzz is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes a proactive approach to player safety. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, a means to resolve debt, or a coping mechanism for stress or anxiety.   • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
  • Session Time Limits: Set reminders to alert you when you have been playing continuously for a set period. You may also set hard session limits that log you out automatically.
  • Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a cooling-off period your account is inaccessible for all betting and gaming purposes.
  • Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Marketing communications are suppressed immediately.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

tkkabuzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
  • Failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
  • Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity in connection with the platform.
  • Suspected bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated betting software (bots).
  • Registration of duplicate accounts.
  • A request by the account holder to close their account or initiate self-exclusion.
  • Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, tkkabuzz reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including deposited funds and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where closure is initiated by the player or for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times.

Closing Your Account Voluntarily: You may request to close your tkkabuzz account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at . Please ensure all pending bets are settled and your account balance has been withdrawn before submitting a closure request. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

tkkabuzz maintains records of closed accounts in accordance with our data retention policy, as described in our Privacy Policy. Former account holders who have been closed for breach of Terms are not eligible to re-register on the platform.
